Can’t tell you how excited I am for this track to be released. Ever since Beat My Day posted a snippet of Adrian Lux playing Burning live in Sweden, I have been anticipating a final word on it’s release, or at least a more HQ preview of the track! Well both of my wishes have been granted in one day. Burning will be released through Ultra Records on April 3rd! See below for the new high quality preview of the track!

And I’m back! Again, so busy with work but now that it has settled down your posts will start to ramp up again. This will include a FULL REVIEW of Ultra produced by our very own woman on the scene, Ranso. Now I am not going to bore you with all of the show info, concert times, and artist interviews pre-Ultra that every other EDM blog is posting right now. Yes, Ultra is going to be sweet, but by Sunday everyone will be ready to go home and forget about how much $$$ they spent and how many bad decisions they made. Unfortunately I won’t be there, but fortunately for you I have new Deadmau5 to present. This one, called The Veldt, is vintage Joel. Complete with rising synths, complicated chords, and the perfect amount of bass, the Veldt is sure to be a point of interest during Deadmau5′s experimental and public-friendly music making project called mau5hax that is happening during the festival. It is also the first time that twitter has produced the vocals on a track! For more on that story, click here and enjoy!

Former SoFishFly writer Lincoln Jesser recently released his newest single along with a killer (no pun intended) music video. The song, entitled New Blood, definitely has that poppy-electro feel but with a darker side to it as those will witness when watching the video. I don’t know which I liked more, this video or that vampire Audi commercial? Either way, New Blood will help pave the way for Lincoln’s almost certain ascent to mainstream success. Congrats dude!

This is an EDM blog. I know. But Miike Snow is quite possibly one of the most creative bands of the past 10 years, they are playing Ultra this year (a EDM centered event) and their songs have been remixed to create many recognizable progressive anthems that we have come to love. Suck it. With that justification, I present to you their newest single, entitled Paddling Out. If this song is any indication of how good their new album will be, I better get my ticket to their upcoming April 24th show at Terminal 5 fast..
